Two new West Coast prospecting permit applications by Western Australian based Fortesque Metals
FMG Pacific Ltd has made application to Crown Minerals for Prospecting Permit No 50874 and Prospecting Permit 50960
On the 6 June 2008 FMG Pacific Ltd lodged a prospecting application for 590 sq km of seabed licence immediately north of New Plymouth and on 30 June 2008 lodged an application for 8204 sq km extending from the Port Waikato Heads to Cape Reinga.
In addition to the seabed applications listed above are five land based applications in Southland, Nelson, Taranaki, Waikato, and the Auckland-Northland regions
